Oracle has won a contract with BAE systems to provide its 9i Application Server to underpin a contract to supply the Navy with new Anti-Air Warfare Destroyers.
The Ministry of Defence will use Oracle's software to underpin the procurement hub designed to streamline all the purchasing requirements for the contract.
Oracle would not comment on the value of the contract.
