Business intelligence giant SAS Institute has launched what it says is the first ever CRM product to be delivered via ASP.
The product, called IntelliVisor, is designed to tell users how their customers use their websites, and how they react to marketing campaigns.
SAS claims it can deliver rewards immediately, with delivery via ASP promising minimal set-up time.
SAS, still trading under the mantle of the largest privately held software company, also claims to have beaten the downturn affecting the rest of the IT industry, recently announcing plans to hire an extra 300 sales people.
