EDS is expected to abandon plans to integrate its Kearney Interactive and E.solutions subsidiaries to create a single French ecommerce consultancy.

Dick Brown, CEO at EDS, said the two companies will continue to work together but ruled out integration, claiming such a venture posed too many financial risks.
The services firm announced plans last October to pool resources from the two divisions and set up a base in France from which to expand into other countries.
According to reports in French business daily Les Echos, the decision is the result of growing tension between the management boards at E.solutions and Kearney Interactive.
