Ford Asks Jeeves for website search engine

Ford Motors has signed a deal with internet search engine, Ask Jeeves, to use their question and answer service on all Ford websites.

Ford will use the new service on all their websites to anticipate and answer customer queries.

The Ask Jeeves website gets about 450,000 questions per month about cars, with approximately 90,000 of them specifically relating to Ford.
