BMW has picked Modcomp to provide a Web-to-host fix for its European Rover dealers.

It is the first stage in a project to integrate all Rover and BMW IT systems. The system is based on HP3000 servers with vehicle ordering, stock locating and invoicing systems.

Spanning Rover dealers in Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, the system brings together 1,200 screens in seven different languages.
