PSINet has bought three ISPs in Brazil, California and Canada, just one week after it acquired four others in countries ranging from China to Spain.
TotalNet of Quebec, TBA Internet of Brazil, and Internet Network Technologies from Sacramento, California will all become PSINet subsidiaries.
TBA Internet becomes the company's sixth Brazilian purchase in five months.
