I was trying to work out if Winkler was an anagram for something meaningful, but alas the 5 milliseconds I spent thinking about that turned up nothing because I realised that the time I had already spent on trying to understand the motivation of fining end users was totally wasted.

So when Winkler goes and buys a media centre to watch TV that is connected to the internet that then gets a Trojan on it, the next message seen on the TV screen is, "Your TV programme has been interrupted to inform you that you have been automatically fined because your TV appliance has been infected by a bot net program"

Maybe Winkler should be fined for such crass thinking!
