Simply clear history on exit!
Firefox 1.5 has many more setting options in its "privacy" menu.
Two of these set it to clear the "browsing history" and "download history" each time that Firefox is closed.
Setting these should prevent the exploit, until a patch is released.
My first impressions of Firefox 1.5 are very positive.
The main annoyance is that there is some incompatibility with Silicon.com
Silicon.com hyperlinks often fail: Sometimes repeatedly clicking "Go" next to the URL steps Firefox onto the correct Silicon page.
