Able to "Transact" or just to "View?"

Reports have not made it clear whether he could actually carry out any transactions without the full password.

Although none of us want our bank details open to casual view, I heard that no transactions were possible.

Some good Internet Banks already require the re-entry of your password before executing a transaction. Perhaps the other banks should now learn this simple security lesson?
