Obviously it's time for a government enquiry into why the Data Protection registrar is not taking these companies to court for failing to take proper actions to protect the data tey hold, both from unlawfull access/dissemination and to ensure it is accurate.

If your system isn't secure, then you cannot guarrantee the data you hold is accurate.
