The website of computer security experts CERT (the US-based Computer Emergency Response Team) has been crippled by a denial of service attack.

CERT's Coordination Center - a central bulletin board for computer security information - has been up and down since Wednesday and was still unavailable at the time of writing.

CERT was affected by a similar attack in May.
