Russian security specialist, Kaspersky Lab, is to offer daily virus updates to users of its AntiViral Toolkit Pro (AVP) from 20 March.

Kaspersky claims it is one of the first companies in the anti-virus industry to offer its users the daily service. The company added the bulletins, based on information from its anti-virus database, will run in addition to its weekly and cumulative updates.

The updates can be downloaded manually from Kaspersky Lab's Web site or received automatically through AVP's built-in updater.
