"Graham Coles" (Software engineer)?

"Nice to see the British library restricting access to material! "

Obviosly Graham has not looked past the 'wow' factor of the Vista tie in.

On more carefull investigation he would have noticed 2 things..

1. You can see the NEW TTP on a ordinary windows XP machine by simply installing .net3.

2. The Library took quitea radical step recently and unrestricted access to the library's enterance policy.

The Creation of TTP was to enable people to see items from the collection that are either too valuable or fragile to handle. The teaming up with Microsoft and using the Vista launch was a superb move to atract media attention and share the costs.
