Nice to see the British library restricting access to material!

What do their press releases say:

'The British Library is the national library of the United Kingdom. It exists for everyone who wants to do research – ' perhaps it should be extended to read 'everyone (provided they buy Windows Vista Premium edition)'.

I hope the full bill for this project was paid for by Bill Gates; I'd hate to think they were using vast amounts of taxpayers on providing a service that the general taxpaying public can't use.
