Can someone explain to me (as someone who supports both PC's and Mac's) exactly what this "superior Apple hardware" is?

It's now got an intel "PC" processor, presumably a "PC" chipset to support it and everything else (memory, graphics card etc) are PC components.

Oh and OS X is basically Unix...

It's game over Apple - Stick to Ipods!
