Certainly the delay won't effect PC sales
Why should I not reccomend others to , or even buy myself a new PC system at £500? in December, when I can pay an extra £300? in February for the new Operating system that will make efficient and effective use of all that hardware.
And .... then have the pleasure of trying to install the new OS, and have all my data and applications installed under the old system still usable under the new OS
