The usual M$ sabotage

M$ has always attempted to undermine legal rulings against it, remeber it only got away with IE bundling because the American government changed.
It was a victory for computer users pockets when this ruling was made, remember too that the M$ OS as a component of a PC pricing is spiralling higher and higher.

The only disappointment here is that the beast was not compelled to sell it for less money than the normal bloated version. Because of this blunder / back hander, M$ will be able to sabotage the ruling by selling at the same price as the full bloat version, thereby negating the effect this ruling could of had.

If you look at the comments against this ruling its fairly easy to guesss the job titles of those responsible. Consultants and Web Monkey^H^H "Developers". Say no more.
