How about another - "Stop treating customers like fools". They introduce a major OS upgrade which fixes the security holes they should never have allowed in the first place - and it stops most of the peripherals from working. Even ones which show on Microsoft's website as approved come up as 'unapproved' when you load the new drivers. What a complete shambles. What a bunch of cowboys. No wonder home PC sales are falling off.
