In brief: Siemens to supply Deutsche Bank network

Siemens Network Systems is on the verge of signing a deal with Deutsche Bank to provide it with a network infrastructure for its London offices.

The Winchester House offices will accommodate 2,500 workers, including 1,500 trading positions. The network will be based upon Cisco 7500 routers and 5500 switches. These products will upgrade existing 10BaseT Ethernet to a switched 100Mbps Virtual LAN environment.
