I see this as a move in the right direction. The next move should be a coalition against advertisers that try to fool consumers into clicking an ad using deliberate deception (like fake windows errors). or how bout a coalition against using 2/3 of the space of a page (or bandwidth) as advertisements in the first place.
People wonder why google has so much success, it is because they know how to treat consumers with respect.
