If every time a hacker was caught he was given a manditory jail sentence of five years, to be doubled for each subsequent offence, the crime would soon die out.
The little German shit that cost billions last year got hid wrist smacked and told not to do it again.
If he was sitting in a cell his peers might think twice before copying him but then, he'd have a laptop and would convince the woolly minded liberals that he had reformed etc.,etc.,
