Hmmm... computers run our defence systems, so this could be interpreted as an attack on our country. This 'terrorist' is based in Finland, and the Finnish govt is clearly 'supporting terror' by not stopping the terrorist before he wrote this virus. So it's quite clear that we therefore have the right to invade Finland, occupy it indefinitely, and kill as many of its citizens as we see fit.
We just need to find out if they have any oil reserves before proceeding....
