There's a danger of forcing an unsuitable working environment onto people.
Some people thrive in an open collaborative culture;
Some people appear to be doing a lot - but actually contribute little & achieve little;
Some people achieve much more when allowed to work in their own style.
So, good organisations support their staff but allow them some freedom to arrange their own working style.
