The market is growing big time indeed. Besides Salesforce.com and Netsuite, there are other players such as Salesnet (RightNow acquired them), Salesboom.com, and Entellium.
The big picture right now is everyone in the enterprise business is jumping on the SaaS wagon, where the market grew by 104% last year alone!
