I suspect the real reason the XBOX revenue is lower than expected is that people don't want Microsoft restricting available titles.... they want a broad range of genres like they can get on hte PS2.
I for one am very bored by the limited range on the original XBOX. I decided to move back to gaming on the PC where there are no such restrictions.
