'For us that's great because we can experiment with you - you are willing to adopt new technologies more quickly. A great example is Glamour magazine - we used that as first test bed for Adobe InDesign. It won a design award and I was able to take that back to Condé Nast in the US - and Hearst and Time Inc - and say 'Look at what these guys have done!'

...and then to thank all the UK cross-media employees who had worked so hard on the account they made them redundant !!

Nice.

Not bitter though...
