Siebel CRM suites to target specific sectors

Siebel has released a range of industry-specific CRM application suites aimed at the medical, public sector and consumer goods industries.

The applications, eMedical 7, eGovernment 7 and eConsumer 7 will come as off-the-shelf packages, providing customers with CRM tools for sales, marketing, contract management and customer service.

All the application suites are part of the Siebel 7 platform, a recently released web-based application network, which allow companies to link front, back and legacy systems.
