Recognition wins Standard Chartered CRM contract

By Tony Hallett

Published: 30 March 2000 10:22 GMT

Recognition Systems has won a contract to supply Standard Chartered Bank with its customer relationship management software (CRM), Protagona.

Standard Chartered has a network of over 500 offices in 50 countries, and will initially use the software in its Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan operations. The deal marks Recognition's first foray into Asia-Pacific.

The Hong Kong-based bank said a key reason for choosing Protagona is the software's ability to combine behavioural modelling and campaign management.

Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
