The SAS Institute and integration company Candle have joined forces to offer ebusiness applications.
The joint venture will provide software and services to companies looking to develop an ecommerce strategy.
Candle will offer its EBS ServiceMonitor to monitor response times while SAS Institute's IT Service VisionTM will analyse and report on the collected data relating to a company's ebusiness venture.
SAS Institute will also provide the IT Charge Manager software to enable users to breakdown the costs to the services or the users concerned.
