Spectron widens online resources to gas and electricity

International Energy broker Spectron is launching an Internet trading platform selling gas and electricity.

Spectron has been trading coal online for three months, but is to widen the service to include natural gas and electricity from Monday.

Spectron was founded in 1988 and claims to be Europe's largest independent energy and commodities brokerage, taking £3bn of transactions last year.
