Remedy and Axtive Software to integrate CRM products

Remedy Corporation has bought Axtive Software, a provider of relationship marketing software and services.

Financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.

Remedy, which now bills itself as an eCRM company, said it will integrate its CRM Solutions and Help Desk products with Axtive offerings. These include eTransaxtion Server, eRegistration and eMonogram, for personalising people's visits to Web sites.

Remedy claims to be in 38 of the top 60 ebusinesses with its workflow automation, CRM and help desk products.
