Vocalis is to launch a software version of its Advanced Speech Recognition (ASR) product, SpeechWare.
The technology enables speech recognition in a variety of applications from automated operators, Interactive voice routing and telephone banking services. However, until nowIt can be loaded onto a companies existing system Vocalis to make the technology available on a more commercial level.
Both the hardware and software versions will be demonstrated next week at the Voice 99 show in London.
