An electronic system to help global financial institutions and their customers trade more securely will be unveiled on Monday in London.
Bolero.net aims to save money by enabling transactions and communication across the Internet. Using encryption technology, Bolero.net will act as a trusted third party in the transfer of legal documents.
The TT (Through Transport) Club and international banking co-operative Swift (Society for Worldwide Interbank Telecommunications) jointly own the system.
