Mustang Software has created a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook that turns the messaging and collaboration client into a call centre and helpdesk tool.
Called IMC Add-in for Outlook, the software integrates with Mustang's Internet Message Centre so users can manage email transactions from within Outlook.
The company will be selling the product through resellers at a cost of $7,500.
