In brief: East Midlands Electricity goes for SAP system

East Midlands Electricity has spent £1.7m on an SAP work management system that will be implemented by Bull Information Systems.

The enterprise resource planning system will be used by 500 employees in the company's construction division. In addition to work management, it will support business functions including finance, human resources, project control, sales and procurement.
