Apple Computer's famous brand loyalty is slipping according to a recent report. The survey by ZD Market Intelligence found that only 71 per cent of customers repurchased an Apple PC, compared to 81 per cent last year. The company's failure to provide a competitive offering in the sub-$1000 (£612) PC market, is cited by the report as the principle reason for the fall.
